Melinda Ardagh

Melinda joined ZONE Sports Physiotherapy after graduating with a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She also completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology via the University of Saskatchewan, including a strength and conditioning internship with IGNITE Athletics and work as a Huskie Athletics student trainer with the women's basketball team. Melinda is dedicated to helping patients across the lifespan reach their functional and performance goals, and sharing her passion for exercise and an active lifestyle. She has a special interest in sport physiotherapy, from sideline coverage to clinical rehabilitation, and continues to work with the Saskatoon Valkyries women’s football team. Melinda grew up playing a wide variety of sports, and continues enjoy golf and playing broomball recreationally and competitively. Outside of work she continues to enjoy various sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.​
