WE BELIEVE WE ALL NEED TO MOVE WELL TO LIVE WELL.
In 2011 we established ZONE Sports Physiotherapy with the goal building something special, a client-focussed collaborative health team that would spend quality one-on-one time with each person, providing individualized care, innovative expertise and exceptional client service, helping people achieve their health, fitness and performance goals.
The initial trio of ZONE physiotherapists has grown into a dynamic team of skilled therapists and client services staff who continue to embody that initial vision as they work with clients at each of the three ZONE Sports Physiotherapy locations.
The ZONE team has been thrilled and privileged to work with several outstanding community partners since its inception, allowing our team and clinic locations to grow to provide expanded client access and services.
As one of the founding partners in the first orthopedic and sports medicine multidisciplinary facility in the province, ZONE established itself in 2011 alongside the Saskatoon Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center (SOSMC) in the state-of-the-art Point 9 Building in the University Heights neighbourhood. Our facility continues to be home to a diverse team of medical professionals including orthopedic surgeons, consulting physicians, radiology facilities, physical medicine specialist, and a comprehensive bracing and orthopedic department. An amazing group of talented professionals with which we are privileged to work.
In 2019 we were thrilled to collaborated with IGNITE Athletics as one of the founding components of the 90,000 square foot Gordie Howe Sports Complex indoor athletic performance and training centre. In addition to ZONE Sports Physiotherapy’s clinic space, and IGNITE Athletics’ spectacular strength & conditioning and Spark Park youth athlete development spaces, this dynamic facility includes an indoor turf field (90 x 50 yards), batting cages, pitching tunnels, and spacious classrooms. It’s a great place in which to work each day.
Most recently, we have been excited to establish our Lakeside clinic location as part of the multidisciplinary Lakeside Medical Centre. The Lakeside location is also a collaborative multidisciplinary setting, as we work alongside SOSMC Bracing & Orthotics’ newest location, as well as primary care medicine, family physician, pharmacy, optometry, and dentistry teams. Our Lakeside team and their clients love the new space.
These collaborative facilities and colleagues provide tremendous opportunities for our clients and community, and we are very grateful for their support.
We employ a global approach to ensure that rehabilitation goals and lifestyle goals work together for optimal health, fitness and performance. Our team delivers individualized care for the assessment, treatment and management of personal, sports, orthopedic, work and auto injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular/concussion, TMJ/TMD and pelvic floor/women’s health.
We are privileged to be entrusted with the care of each client. ZONE has grown, but our foundation is still the same... provide client-focussed individualized care, and deliver innovative expertise and exceptional client service to help people achieve their health, fitness and performance goals.
