The engaging energy and positive culture that makes ZONE Sports Physiotherapy a leader in rehabilitation starts with the administration and reception team led by Melanie Libke. A member of the ZONE team since the doors first opened in January 2011, Melanie’s position has evolved from primarily providing front desk customer service to overseeing the administration of two expansion clinics (Gordie Howe in May 2019 and Lakeside in summer 2020) as well as the original clinic located in University Heights. Her clinic oversight is grounded in extensive administrative health care experience both in the private and hospital settings, and her organizational expertise contributes to enhancing the client-centered focus of the facility.
